Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PT Anugrah Duta Technologies (ADTechnologies) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use adtechnologies.id. We process personal data in line with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).
What we collect
We only collect what you send us yourself through the consultation form on this site:
- your full name;
- your company name;
- your work email;
- your WhatsApp number, if you choose to add it;
- the type of help you need and anything you write in the message.
This site sets no tracking cookies and builds no visitor profiles. One
technical cookie (lang) remembers your language choice and is
not used to identify you.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used for one purpose: to get back to you and discuss what you asked about. The legal basis is the consent you give when you submit the form. We do not use your data for other marketing without separate consent, and we never sell it.
Who can access it
Form submissions are sent to support@adtechnologies.id and are only accessible to the members of our team who handle consultation requests. We rely on email and hosting providers to deliver and store those messages; they process the data on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations. Some providers may process data outside Indonesia, under an equivalent level of protection.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests for at most 24 months after the last contact, then delete them — unless we go on to work together, in which case the data falls under our contract and statutory bookkeeping obligations.
Your rights
Under the UU PDP you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- withdraw a consent you have given;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- complain to us, or to the competent authority.
To exercise any of these, email support@adtechnologies.id. We respond within a reasonable time, normally within 14 business days.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions are protected by anti-spam checks, and access to the team inbox is restricted and uses multi-factor authentication.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. We will tell you about significant changes if we still hold your contact details.
